  • If you're interested in working together, please reach out through the contact form. I’ll get back to you with a few simple questions so I can understand your needs and make sure we’re a good fit. If you’d like, we can also do a quick chat to help you feel more comfortable before booking.

  • I work with only one client at a time. This allows me to give your project my full attention and do my best work without distractions. I explain everything in simple, gentle language - no tech jargon. My goal is always to create a calm and supportive experience.

  • For tech setups or audits, I usually begin within about a week of booking. Website design projects are typically booked around a month in advance to give you plenty of time to get your copy and branding ready.

    If you need to start sooner, just let me know when you reach out - I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

  • Once we decide to work together, I’ll send you a payment link for the service.

    For bigger projects, a 50% deposit is required to book your spot, with the remaining 50% at the end of our working days.

    For audits, payment is made at the time of booking, and you’ll receive your questionnaire within 48 hours.

  • It’s asynchronous (aka: not live), which means you can message me when it works for your brain and schedule and I’ll respond during my office hours.

  • When we book a day to work together, that time is fully dedicated to you. I’ll be available throughout the day and will check in/respond multiple times - so you feel supported without being rushed. You’ll always know when I’m available and what to expect.

  • Anytime that works for you. You’re always welcome to send a message whenever a thought or question comes up - no need to apologize or feel bad. I turn off notifications outside of work hours, so you don’t have to worry about “bothering” me. I’ll reply when I’m at my laptop and in work mode.

  • I'm based in Europe, but I work with clients all over the world. Because I use Voxer and email for support, time zones aren't a problem - it gives us both flexibility. You can send messages when it works for your brain and schedule, and I’ll respond during my working hours.
